    Position  : Regulatory & Quality Administrative
    Location : Jakarta Raya

    Role Summary & Responsibility :
    Do administrative task in receipt, monitoring and reporting of product complaints, as primary contact for implementation in Indonesia.
    Activities are:
    • Product registration (New product introduction & New product development) and life cycle management  (ID).
    • Other activities/assignment as determined appropriate by Indonesia Consumer RA Head (ID).
    • Do Tracking Report for Indonesia
    • Documenting all evidence (email communication, Report and Returning Process)
    • Following up with local Sales and/or WH Team for returning process
    • Monitor product Hold/Recall to ensure timely execution and/or closure in Indonesia
    • Do monthly random checking with Demo and Sample request to Warehouse, check the implementation and all related documents.
    • Analysis monthly data from WH and send email to random Business Unit.
    • Documenting Non-Conformance Report and all evidence, included communication and ensuring the closure by WH
    • Reviewing monthly temperature record in warehouse providing by WH Team
    • Following up and managing Customer Complaint Report Closure together with WH
    • Reviewing and documenting Distributor assessment & Maintain Supplier List Quality
    • Do Tracking for QCH released & share with PIC of Process QMS Control
    Requirement :
    • Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field preferably a Pharmacist (fresh graduates are welcome)
    • Minimum of 1 years in related industry
    • Good skill English.
    • Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft office applications.
    • Able to work in a team and highly motivated.
    • Able to work under pressure.
