    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
    • Fluent in English both speaking and writing
    • Have working experience 3 – 5 years of Project Management and related experience preferable as Project Manager for IT/Software development project.
    • Computer proficiency in programs such as SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite
    • PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a must.
    • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
    • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
    • Have a good analytical skill, good communication skill, strong interpersonal skill and extremely resourceful.
    • Target oriented projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline.
    • Business strategy aptitude.
    • Good decision-making and leadership skill.
    Responsibilities:
    • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
    • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
    • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
    • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through post-project debrief with clients.
    • Develop and maintain information technology plans which outline project status individual tasks, milestones, completion estimates, and resource allocation.
    • Track project costs in order to meet budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
    • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
    • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
    • Inspect projects for quality assurance.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through post-project debrief with clients.
    • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
    • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
    • Document all estimates, project statuses, and project completion paperwork.
    • Work with the technical team to brainstorm new test ideas for technical projects.
