- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft word, Human Resources, Good Communication, Problem Solving, Time Management, Analytical Thinking, Mulitasking, Organization Skill.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Attend all meetings, Managing and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Manage administrative, Manage database, Make appointments, Data management and Filling, Support any task that needs.
- Screen phone calls, Emails, Chats, Incoming letter, and Invoice from Suppliers.
- Booking and Arranging travel, transport, and accomodation.
- Liasing with staff, Suppliers and Clients.
- Capable in handling tight deadlines, and Multitasking jobs.
- Able to make finansial report, Petty cash.
- Manage Project Activities.
