- Receiving the initial call from customer and determine , open ticket and assign the ticket to the engineer in charge
- Administering monthly and weekly customer support report (OS/TR)
- Managing Spare Parts
- Providing administration support for Inventory System
- Acting as admin trouble ticket For Helpdesk System
- Diploma holder from Telco or Computer Science
- Minimum 5 years experience in a technical environment of SPMS related communication with customer
- Hands on with excel
- Having knowledge in programming
