    We are looking for an Overseas After Sales Support Manager to join our team. He/she will involve a wide array of service that cater to consumers. This person will report directly to Overseas Business Development Dept. Head.
     
    Responsibility include but not limited to;
    • Establish a set of control measures and standardization tools with regard to after sales service, comprising of policies (Warranty, part inventory management, claim handling).
    • Lead the sourcing, procurement and implementation of IT systems or Applications to help improve after sales service operations in overseas market.
    • Develop guideline and training material to educate after sales service teams belong to overseas subsidiaries and/or distributors with regards to systems, procedures and policies as well as how-to knowledge to improve troubleshooting skill.
    • Formulate initiatives and programs to keep improving the service quality and operational excellence of Overseas After Sales Service teams.
    Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
    • At least 5 years of relevant experience in after sales service operation.
    • Conceptual and analytical in nature.
    • A well-groomed person with pleasant and approachable personality.
    • Outstanding communications skills, both written and oral in English
